Learn more about the director Mary Mantia

Joining the Colby Olsen Foundation as the Vice President since its conception in 2017 and being one of the first pioneers of the foundation has been nothing less than rewarding and heartfelt.

In the last four years, we have come so far, gaining ground and status as a not-for-profit organization providing the LGBTQ+ community and inclusivity of anyone in need with resources and education that helps all people thrive and live their authentic selves.

As the Director of the C.O.L.E.A.D. (Learn, Earn, Achieve, & Dream) the program, our mission remains to focus on education resources and help all people live a healthier, knowledgeable, and safe life and become a contributing force of all things possible!

The Colby Olsen Foundation is proud to continue to offer our accredited C.O.L.E.A.D. Scholarship Program for 2021. We are grateful to the community at large and several educational institutions that believed in our journey and mission, making an impact in the lives of people from across the spectrum.

We are excited and grateful to announce the overwhelming growth of our C.O.L.E.A.D. program that provides educational credits towards a degreed accredited program—launching our second C.O.L.E.A.D. program with over 800 participants enrolled this year. Scholarships, awarded and available to any student who attends, participates, and completes the C.O.L.E.A.D. Program.
